It’s estimated that nearly 50% of all office developments underway in South Africa at the moment are happening in Sandton. What’s interesting is that there isn’t any other area or CBD centre in South Africa that comes close to it. In fact, its closest contender comes in at below 9%. Sandton Central remains well-established as Africa’s business and financial capital, and its continued growth with new developments only further embodies its vibrant and high energy live, work and play environment.
As it supports billions in investments in these new developments, Sandton Central continues to strive to offer a well-managed and orderly space that provides tenants and owners with all the necessities to support a growing district.
